Maggie’s Organic Fibers

The mission of Maggie’s Organic Fibers is to produce and provide comfortable, durable, affordable and beautiful articles of apparel and accessories made from materials that restore, sustain and enhance the resources, including human, from which they are made. They have been doing this since 1992.

Maggie’s Organic Fibers produces some of the best organic cotton socks and apparel around and keeps the livelihood of the producers who help to make their products a top priority. They source their organic cotton from cooperatives in Central America and South America which is then shipped to the U.S. to be spun, knitted, dyed and packaged by family run businesses in North Carolina. According to Maggie’s Organic Fibers, their first core value is “to provide a direct and vital link between the organic, sustainable agricultural community and the end user of these products. This connection should serve to educate and enlighten each player in the production chain of the interdependence we share in serving and promoting the health and general welfare of the planet upon which we live and the people who inhabit it.”
